Haven’t painted for a few months.

So, did a couple of first stage paintings based on one of my video stills between Peckham Rye and Nunhead, of a building that catches light and reflections from the train in a very beguiling way, good at night too.

Viv pointed out that I need some more dark and light in there. True – and the paintings just don’t have the shiny qualities that the photo has. More next week though.

(Jon Ros says I should do 5 more big drawings, and I have chosen 5 great images. Will begin these next week.)
